Abdur Rahman Rafat Pasha

Abdur Rahman Rafat Pasha was born in 1920 in Northern Syria. Four months after his birth, he lost his father. At the age of 4 years when his mother was married elsewhere, he stayed with his grandfather since then. He studied in the oldest Madrasha in the City of Halab.

He studied at Mishore’s Al-Ajhar University and earn a higher degree in ‘Usule Fikehr’  After finishing his studies at Al-Ajhar, He went to Kayro University to get more in-depth knowledge and earned a direct Degree in Arabic Language and its literature.

He went into the line of teaching after his studies were finished, and he performed in many different positions in many Universities, He has Since then he has also started to write and bring about more knowledge of Arabic Literature.
