Alauddin Al Azad was a modern-Bangladeshi poet, novelist, and writer who was born on 6 May 1932 in Dhaka. Alauddin Al Azad passed his secondary and Higher Secondary School certificates in 1947 and 1949 respectively. Alauddin Al Azad obtained his B.A.(Hons) & M.A. in 1953 and 1954 respectively from the University Of Dhaka. Alauddin Al Azad received his Ph.D. from the University in 1970 for his work Iswar Gupter Jibon O Kobita.
