Gabbu Book Review

Gabbu is another popular teenage book by Mohammad Zafar Iqbal. Gabbu was published in February 2013 by Maola Brothers. The main character of this eight years old boy named Gabbu. He has parents and elder sister Tuni and younger brother Mithun. Gabbu’s parents are very worried about Gabuus’s science experiment. Gabbu is a little scientist. He all-time doing experiment in his house. Gabbu spends a full day on the science experiment. Some other scientists know about Gabbu and then Gabbo to be famous. I have grown up reading Md Zafar Iqbal’s books. He is my second most favorite author, first being Humayun Ahmed. While reading Gabbu, however, I did not enjoy as much as I thought I would. It’s a nice read, definitely, but nothing to get too excited about. And while many of his other books are for a young-adult audience, I felt this one be appropriate for the slightly younger audience. Young readers may love this book, who knows maybe I’ve outgrown such books overall. This is a tale of a schoolboy who is a scientist. His family & classmates have to endure his “experiments.” Suddenly one day he meets with a renowned scientist. Then, what happens next? For this, you have to read the book. The story is simple, subtle. It will certainly give you a sense of pleasure. It was good and exactly what I expected from a Zafar Iqbal book. Nothing fancy, nothing boring either. Thanks for reading Gabbu book’s review.

Lovely books. But if the story was true it could be more pleasing!
