Brandon Taylor, born on June 1, 1989, is an American writer known for his compelling literary work. Taylor holds graduate degrees from both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Iowa. His upbringing in a small community outside Montgomery, Alabama, was influenced by a very religious and conservative Baptist setting. Debut Novel: His debut novel, “Real Life”, was published in 2020 and received critical acclaim. It was even shortlisted for the Booker Prize.
