Marina Evelyn Keegan was an American author, playwright, and poet. Marina Evelyn Keegan was set to begin a job at The New Yorker following her graduation from Yale but tragically died in a car crash on Cape Cod shortly after the graduation ceremony. Her collection of works, both fiction and non-fiction, was published posthumously by Scribner on April 8, 2014, under the title “The Opposite of Loneliness.”
