Email [email protected] with subject “DMCA Takedown Request” containing:
- Identification of the work: Title, author, ISBN, publication year
- Infringing URL(s): Exact pages on bdebooks.com where the content appears
- Your contact info: Name, address, phone, email
- Good faith statement: “I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy statement under perjury: “The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
What Happens After You Submit
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours
- Content removed/disabled within 24-48 hours
- Uploader notified if applicable
- Notice retained in our records
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice with:
- Your contact information
- The removed content and previous URL
- Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
- Consent to courts of Bangladesh jurisdiction
- Your signature
