Love Means Family

Andrew Grey’s “Love Means Family” is a title from the Love Means series. Robert Edward “Arie” Hawkins, the main character, passes away in a plane disaster together with his sister and her family. While his parents want him to marry and continue the family name, Arie who identifies as gay escapes to Michigan to spend time with Robbie, his best friend. Arie encounters Deputy Duane Keenan, aka Officer Hunky, at Robbie’s farm. Even though they are attracted to each other, their families drive them apart, which makes it challenging for them to get along.
