Cat Nap

The second novel in Claire Donally’s Sunny & Shadow Mystery series is titled Cat Nap. This cozy mystery, which takes place in Kittery Harbor, Maine, centers on Sunny Coolidge and her kitty friend Shadow. As Shadow manages an injured paw and a bothersome puppy who keeps invading his territory, Sunny becomes involved in a business battle between competing veterinarians Jane and Martin Ragsdale.

Jane is named as the main suspect after Martin’s body is discovered and killed. There are many opponents, so Sunny and Shadow need to work together to find the true murderer and clear Jane’s name before they become targets too.
