Fire Stones

The second book in Kailin Gow’s Fire Wars trilogy is titled “Fire Stones.” The narrative centers on Mac Evers, who is shocked by how close she has become to Chance after they have at last given themselves permission to date. But her relationship with Varun in the past and her search for the mystical stones of the goddess Vesta pose a threat to permanently separate them. For followers of the genre, this 242-page blend of mythology, fantasy, romance, and dystopia is a fascinating read.
