Cilka’s Journey

Cilka’s Journey is a historical fiction novel about Cilka Klein, who is freed from Auschwitz only to be imprisoned in Vorkuta Gulag in Siberia. Convicted of espionage and sleeping with the enemy, Cilka endures harsh camp conditions. She befriends a kind female doctor, helps care for the ill, and discovers a strength she never knew she had.
