Sherwood Nation

The book “Sherwood Nation” is written by Benjamin Parzybok. This is one of his novels. The story is about drought-stricken Portland, Oregon, where water is a communal right but there are hoardings and riots. In the story, the protagonist Renee is a barista and part-time college student who becomes the protagonist, nicknamed Maid Marian. She raised an army as well as sacked about a quarter of the city.
