An Air That Kills

Andrew Taylor’s first novel in the Lydmouth series is titled “An Air That Kills.” It follows Jill Francis, a journalist, and Detective Inspector Thornhill as they look into the baby’s remains that were discovered in a burned-out inn. The investigation exposes a network of hidden motives inside the tight-knit town, connected to both a previous murder trial and current affairs.
