Beneath the Marigolds

Under the Marigolds is an interesting book written by Emily C. Whitson. The story gets us introduced to the lives of Ann Stone, a pragmatic lawyer, and her closest friend, Reese Marigold. When Reese mysteriously disappears after attending a singles’ retreat named Last Chance, located on a secluded island off Hawaii’s coast, Ann takes it upon herself to investigate.
