Dishoom

Dishoom is a popular Indian restaurant chain in the UK. It was founded by Shamil Thakrar and his cousin Kavi in 2010. Shamil Thakrar is also the author of a book called Dishoom: From Bombay with Love. This book is a love letter to Bombay told through food and stories, including their legendary black daal.

It shares the secrets to their much sought-after Bombay comfort food, along with Masala Chai, coolers, and cocktails.
