Ex Machina Issue 27 known as Power Down is the continuation of a four-part narrative. The story is set during the 2003 New York City blackout. The base character, Mitchell Hundred has transitioned from a superhero to the Mayor of New York City, and is confronted with the most significant challenge of his career.
