The book ‘Flashman and the Mountain of Light’ is written by George MacDonald Fraser. ‘Flashman and the Mountain of Light’ is the 9th book in the Flashman series. The story is about Flashman being questioned about Koh-i-Noor by Queen Victoria. Unable to tell the truth so as not to offend him, he reminded him of the First Sikh War of 1845 and 1846 and how he had acquired the Koh-i-Noor.
