This explains to the readers on how to ensure that both parties secure what they want without having to neglect the other. The book discusses the original concern for the relationship with the focus on avoiding animosity, categorizing people away from the issue, encouraging the individuals on the two sides to spotlight interest rather than a posture, and encouraging the formation of some brand of options for mutual accomplishment. A recommended text for anybody who desires to become a good negotiator.
