Gild by Raven Kennedy is a fantasy, that for simplicity of measure I will term it as the gothic art; the story of king midas. Auren, a God living in a cage while being plated with gold and having golden hair and skin tries betrayal, power and sneakiness. It starts The Plated Prisoner series and this freedom and persistence story does not let the reader was bored with the novelty of the world and the characters created.
