Midlife Demon Hunter is a paranormal women’s fiction novel and the third book in The Forty Proof Series by Shannon Mayer. The story revolves around a woman named Althea, who has been ousted from the Hollows Group and is now working for a goblin. Her job is to hide some paperwork for him, but someone else wants what he gave her. As she tries to figure out how her ex-husband pushed all his debt onto her, she encounters a random assortment of customers, including a lovesick bigfoot, a siren going through menopause, a demon next door, and two hot guys vying for her attention.
