Miss Taken

The first book in Cleo Scornavacca’s Miss Taken Identity series is titled “Miss Taken.” The narrative centers on the identical twins Rain and Raven Medici, whose upbringings couldn’t be more dissimilar. Rain was not exposed to the outer world because of a blood disease, but Raven was. As adults, Rain succeeds as a professional photographer alongside her friend Tommy Conte, while Raven works as a lawyer at their father’s firm, Kane & Medici.

When Dominick Kane kidnaps Raven in an attempt to exact revenge but ends up taking Rain instead, the narrative develops. Rain makes a bargain with Dominick to help him reclaim his father’s stake in Kane & Medici because he cannot stand being confined. The plot takes unforeseen turns as Rain and Dominick’s intense attraction intensifies as it progresses.
