The Bean Trees is a story about Taylor Greer. She leaves Kentucky and takes care of a little girl named Turtle. They move to Arizona, where Taylor meets a group of unique & kind people who don’t quite fit in with everyone else. They together create a special kind of family where Taylor learns about love and friendship.
