The Marriage Code

The multicultural romance “The Marriage Code” by Brooke Burroughs is set in India. Emma, the main character, lets her boyfriend down, and her life falls apart. She enlists her coworker Rishi, who was promised a position on her development team, in an attempt to salvage her career.

Reluctantly, Rishi agrees to Emma’s offer to create an algorithm that will locate him the ideal bride because he is expected to select a spouse and get married. They didn’t anticipate the program to perform as well as it did, though, which made them wonder if mathematics could indeed predict enduring love.
