Turn a Blind Eye

In Jeffrey Archer’s “Turn a Blind Eye” the main character of the story is William Warwick, who was just promoted to Detective Inspector, and has been assigned a risky new assignment: going undercover to uncover corruption inside the Metropolitan Police Force. His team, including investigators Nicky Bailey and Rebecca Pankhurst, concentrates on Detective Sergeant Jerry Summers, a young cop leading an ostentatious life. William discovers that as they dig further, there may be more colleagues than he initially believed who would be ready to turn a blind eye and that the corruption may go even deeper.
