What the Hex

“What the Hex” is the second book in the Hex series by Jessica Clare, and it’s a lovely mix of romance and magic with an enemies-to-love theme. The story follows Penny Roundtree, who aspires to be a familiar to a witch. Despite her membership in the Society of Familiars, she struggles to find a position due to the longevity of witches and warlocks and the surplus of available familiars.
