Wisp of a Thing is the second part of the Tufa series by Alex Bledsoe. The story unfolds in the secluded peaks and valleys of the Smoky Mountains. It tells the story of Rob Quillen, a musician who arrives in Cloud County, Tennessee, seeking a song that could soothe his broken heart.
