Harinarayan Chattopadhyay was born on 23 March 1916. He is a Bengali literature. He was born in Kolkata Vabanipur. Afterward, he had to go back to Myanmar. He got his B.A. from Rengun University and then he became a lawyer in Renguns Court.
His written first Novel was ‘Iraboti’, and it was published in Desh Newspaper consistently. Among his written children’s books, ‘Voyer Mukhosh’, and ‘Pathorer Chokh’ were very famous and widely liked. Aside from that, there were many more pieces of literature he wrote that were very widely liked.
He got Motilal Award in 1972 and got TarasongkorAward and was honored as Harinarayan. On 20 January 1981, he died in Kolkata from a cerebral hemorrhage.
