1. What BDeBooks is
BDeBooks is a free online library running six catalogues: Bengali, English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German. We provide indexing,
descriptions and download access. The Site is operated for educational and cultural purposes, to
make books findable for readers who cannot easily buy them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use BDeBooks. By using the Site you confirm that you are.
3. Free use
BDeBooks is free. There is no payment, no subscription and no registration required to download.
We show advertising to cover running costs.
4. Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- upload or share malicious content
- attempt to disrupt the Site, including abusive scraping and exploit attempts
- misrepresent yourself as somebody else
- use bots to download in bulk
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit what you download
- reverse engineer the Site or its systems
5. Intellectual property
BDeBooks claims ownership of none of the books in any catalogue. Every work remains the property
of its author, translator, publisher or rights holder. We provide indexing and hosting as a service
to readers. Rights holders should use the DMCA page.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee that the Site or any particular book will be available at any given time. A
book can be withdrawn at any moment, including on a rights holder’s request, and we are not
obliged to give notice.
7. Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
