About this author
Kiran Chandra Mukhopadhyay was born in 1893. He was a Notable character of the Indian subcontinent’s anti-British independence movement. In the 1920s, from Dighlia Upazila, Senhati Villages’ famous revolutionaries, Atul Sen, Rasiklal Das, Anujachoron Sen, and Ratikanta Dutta came into contact with him.
In the First World War, He was arrested for getting into the Indo-German conspiracy in 1916. He got released in 1919 and joined the ‘Asohojog Andolon’ and to support it he helped Shamsundor Chakraborty, Purnochandra Das, etc. by writing in Servant Newspaper. He got arrested again when Charles Tegart with Arnsort Day was murdered in 1924, so then with Gopinath Saha and others, He was also sent to prison for 5 years.
His written books are Chandragupta Guru Chanka and Shibaji Guru Ramdasshami.
