To Fight the Black Wind

Jennifer Brozek is the author of the Arkham Horror novella “To Fight the Black Wind.” Carolyn Fern, a psychologist, looks into Josephine Ruggles, a patient whose skin has glyph-shaped wounds from nightmares. When Josephine says she encountered Malachi, a former patient who was brutally murdered, the story takes an odd turn. Through the use of hypnosis, they travel to an enigmatic location known as “the Dreamlands.”
