Alina Jacobs

Alina Jacobs publishes romantic comedies built around outspoken protagonists, family networks, and exaggerated social situations. Resting Grinch Face is the fifth Frost Brothers story and follows Noelle's return to her small town, where she plans holiday revenge on Oliver Frost for a humiliating episode in her past. Smart Girls Don’t Kiss Aliens opens the Smart Girls Love Aliens sequence with rocket scientist Kimmie and her highly educated friends stranded on another planet and determined to find their own route home. The first novel uses a Christmas-tree farm and a long grievance; the second shifts the comedy to speculative adventure. Both belong to larger linked series, with each centered on a different pair and conflict.
