    No proposal, sample or manuscript becomes public until it is approved and prepared for release.

Before you continue

Only propose a book if you own the work or have authority from the rights holder, and you can permit free reader access.

Use 100 to 3,000 characters. Include the subject, intended readers and what makes the book useful or distinctive.
