Allen Manning

Allen Manning co-writes military and action thrillers with Brian Manning, building stories around experienced teams, compromised institutions, and fast tactical decisions. Fractured Allegiance is the third John Stone novel, following The Hard Kill and Divide and Conquer. After Stone uncovers deeper corruption connected to Guardian, powerful opponents frame him for attacks on American soil. He must evade former allies, establish what happened, and confront a threat from his past before the organization he served is undone. The 2018 release continues plot lines and relationships established in the first two volumes, so its pursuit story also tests Stone’s trust in his own team. Allen Manning grew up enjoying action films, games, science fiction, and fantasy, influences that show in the series’ direct pacing and mission structure. Brian Manning’s shared byline is essential to the book’s authorship, while the John Stone sequence supplies the context for its shifting loyalties.
