Amy Lea

Set on You puts a fitness influencer and a firefighter in competition for the same squat rack, and gets a romance out of gym etiquette, which should not work and does.

Lea is Canadian and writes her heroines as plus-size without the plot being about weight loss, which remains less common in the genre than it ought to be.

Exes and O's plays with a list of former boyfriends. The books are heavy on texting and social media, and they date themselves cheerfully on purpose.
