Bill O’Reilly is a commentator, journalist, author, and television host. Bill O’Reilly was born September 10, 1949,  His broadcasting career began in the late 1970s and 1980s, reporting for local television stations in the United States and later for CBS News and ABC News. In 1996, O’Reilly joined the Fox News Channel and hosted The O’Reilly Factor until 2017. The show held the title of the highest-rated cable news program for 16 years. However, in early 2017, The New York Times reported that O’Reilly and Fox News had paid approximately $13 million to settle various sexual misconduct lawsuits filed by five women.
