Brian McClellan was born on January 25, 1986, is an American author of epic fantasy. His captivating works have left a significant mark in the world of speculative fiction. McClellan’s writing journey began when he was just fifteen, starting with Wheel of Time role-playing websites. Encouraged by his parents, he began crafting short stories and novellas during his late teens. In 2006, he attended Orson Scott Card’s Literary Bootcamp to hone his craft. His novel, “Promise of Blood”, won the Morningstar Award for Best Fantasy Newcomer in 2014.
