Caitlin Marceau

Caitlin Marceau writes, illustrates and lectures in Montreal, holds a bachelor's degree in creative writing, and sits as an active member of the Horror Writers Association. DarkLit Press brought out This Is Where We Talk Things Out in September 2022. After her father dies, Miller agrees to a weekend at a cabin with Sylvie, the mother she has barely spoken to in years, and finds the place fitted out as a copy of the house of her childhood, with Sylvie steadily erasing every sign that she ever left it. Cemetery Dance reached for Misery as a comparison. Her shorter fiction is gathered in Femina and A Blackness Absolute, and It Wasn't Supposed To Go Like This is her first full-length novel.
