Daisy Meadows

Daisy Meadows is the shared author name behind the Rainbow Magic children's fantasy books. Isabelle the Ice Dance Fairy belongs to the Dance Fairies sequence and follows Rachel and Kirsty as they try to recover Isabelle's final magic ribbon from Jack Frost's goblins. Scholastic published the American edition in 2009 and places it seventh in that themed set. Library records trace the story to the earlier British edition Imogen the Ice Dance Fairy, issued by Orchard in 2007. The change of fairy name reflects the edition, while the plot, young readership, and Rainbow Magic setting remain consistent across the records.
