Diane Gherson

This volume is an anthology of Harvard Business Review articles by many hands, gathered for mid-level managers, and Gherson is one contributor among them rather than its author. She spent years running human resources at IBM, where she led the move to continuous feedback and to skills-based hiring across a workforce of several hundred thousand, and she writes about what artificial intelligence does to the job of managing people. A page like this puts one name on a collection that had a dozen.
