Elizabeth Massie

Elizabeth Massie is an American writer of horror, historical fiction, media tie-ins, short stories, poetry, and nonfiction. Her work has received two Bram Stoker Awards and a Scribe Award, and her bibliography includes Sineater, Wire Mesh Mothers, Homeplace, Versailles, and fiction connected with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Dark Shadows. Naked, on the Edge is a 2012 collection of supernatural and psychological stories, preceded by a poem written for the volume. The pieces examine people pressed toward difficult choices by isolation, grief, anger, poverty, fear, and regret.
