Heatherly Bell

Heatherly Bell writes contemporary romance, often placing relationships within close-knit towns, family networks, and connected series. Born in Alabama, she lived in Puerto Rico and Maryland before settling in California's Bay Area. All of Me opens her Starlight Hill series and established the community that later books revisit. The novel is a second-chance romance shaped by an earlier relationship and small-town social ties, making personal history part of the present conflict. Bell has since developed other romance sequences, including Wilder Sisters, Miracle Bay, Heroes of Fortune Valley, and Men of Stone Ridge. Her catalogue moves between small-town, western, and family-centered stories while focusing on emotional reconciliation. The Starlight Hill books remain an early foundation of that work, with All of Me serving as the first entry rather than a standalone title.
