Beast

The first novel in the Norseton Wolves series is “Beast,” written by Holley Trent. Christina Stilton, the main character has spent her entire life waiting to wed a wolf. She believes that her only hope to leave her abusive and poor Appalachian life is to mate with a stranger in a distant pack. She had no thoughts of Anton Denis, a mercenary who was injured in a vicious combat and is now partially blind. Christina is determined to stay, but he intends to send his mate away so she can try to be mated with a stronger wolf. She feels that her place in Anton’s tiny pack is obvious: she is the one who can give him the intense affection he requires.
