About this book

In Kate Noble's "Compromised," Miss Gail Alton finds herself in a very embarrassing situation. After being forced to attend the Season to stand in contrast to her stunning sister Evangeline, Gail's day takes an unanticipated turn when she falls into a freezing lake following an altercation with the conceited Viscount Fontaine. She had no idea that this same man would be discovered in a compromising situation with her sister shortly. Maximillian Viscount Fontaine is compelled to ask Evangeline for her hand in marriage and finds himself drawn to the annoying girl who flung him off his horse. A fun historical romance with a surprising amount of humor and charm.
