About this book

The touching book "Dance, Gladys, Dance" by Cassie Stocks tells the story of 27-year-old Frieda Zweig, who is facing a difficult decision in her life. She meets an elderly woman named Gladys who has given up on her ambition to be a dancer. The turn of events? Gladys exists only in her ghostly form.

Frieda gains a fresh, remarkable perspective on her life as a result of her remarkable bond with a kindred spirit. With a colorful cast of eccentric people, the novel tackles themes of friendship, freedom, and art while blending humor and sorrow.
