Esper Files

In the book Esper Files, a special experiment at The Oxford Academy of Science gives some people amazing powers like turning them into Espers. To stop bad Espers from misusing their powers, an institute is set up to train them. Nathan and James, agents from the Institute create a team with young Esper Freya to keep London safe from dangerous threats.
