Feet of Clay

The second book in J.A. Cipriano’s “Clans of Shadow” series is titled “Feet of Clay.” Frank Butcher, the main character finds himself in a difficult situation after averting the end of the world. In a startling turn of events, his supporters attempt to cut his chest open with an axe. Frank chooses to fight back despite the treachery because he feels that trying to cut out his heart is wrong, in addition to the fact that his supporters are attempting to change the inherent rules that control the world.
