About this book

Yuval Noah Harari considers what humanity might pursue as famine, epidemic disease and war become increasingly subject to human management. He begins by examining that claim and its limits before asking how biotechnology and information technology may reshape collective ambitions. The historical argument leads into speculation about the priorities of coming generations.
