The book offers an unfiltered glimpse into Brand’s life journey, starting from his challenging childhood in Grays End Close, Grays, Essex, his initial exposure to fame in stage school, and his struggle with drug addiction.
It also chronicles his meteoric rise to stardom, from Re:Brand to Big Brother’s Big Mouth and eventually to Hollywood. The book is segmented into four parts and its title draws inspiration from the fictitious Nadsat language in A Clockwork Orange. Garnering mostly positive reviews, the book bagged the Biography of the year at the 2008 British Book Awards.
