This current dystopian novel, Tender is the Flesh by Agustina Bazterrica is a Santiago of argentinian author that deals with the topic of cannibalism. The life of Marcos turns to the other side of the horrible meat-processing industry and the turn of double helix occurs. Both a realistic and scary depiction of the world, this book looks at human nature and morality in an incredibly disturbing way, forcing the reader to face the worst in both self and world.
