That Very Mab

That Very Mab is an 1885 satirical fantasy that May Kendall (1861-1943) wrote with Andrew Lang. The fairy queen Mab returns to a Victorian England she scarcely recognises, and her wondering eye becomes the vehicle for satire on science, religion, and society.
