About this book

Sam received an inheritance after his father died and left it in a savings account, because friends, a bank wealth officer and others gave him conflicting advice and he felt paralyzed. His story opens this personal finance book by Helaine Olen and her coauthor Harold, who set out numbered rules, the last of which is to remember the index card.

The introduction also cites survey figures showing how many people feel stressed about money.
